  • Snagging is an inspection of your property to identify these defects that the developer/Contractor or previous owner needs to rectify. The snagging inspection will detect the following issues ( Workmanship issues and cosmetics, Mechanical fixtures and operations, and electrical components operation and most importantly confirm that all works are done as per regulations)

  • Any defect detected in your property are considered snags mainly snags falls into 3 categories

    • Minor : that may or may not affect the general aesthetical appearance of your property mainly (Tile dents, paint patches, and improper finishing and termination

    • Moderate : defects that could develop related to mechanical or electrical fixtures or cracked or broken tiles and paint or sanitary ware that requires immediate attention

    • Major: Usually Invisible and causes major health issues like major openings above false ceiling congested pipes, AC leakage or dusty Ducts

  • Represents the final detailed report of all the issues that was detected during the inspection time that needs to be handed over to the Developer/previous owner to be rectified before taking over the property

  • Any person/Agency that would like to purchase properties and save the money on the long run by avoiding future problems

  • Snagging inspection usually takes 2-4 hours depends on the size of the unit and the report can be issued in the same day

  • Typically after issuing the first report and being handed over the to developer/property inspector they start working on the rectification of all the issues mentioned in the snag report, and upon completion of the rectification work they invite back the owner for reinspection which is desnagging where the same tools are used by us to reinspect all the previously issued comments and verify that no further damage was done during the rectification work

  • We Charge a rate per m2, and the remaining Items to be purchased we take no profit from the owner
